Food Based Vitamins
Natural vitamins & minerals or food based vitamins and minerals are the necessary form our bodies require. We are designed to absorb our nutrients from the foods we eat. Our modern diet consists of processed foods, fruits and vegetables that are harvested before they ripen and just plain artificial foods. In order to artificially ripen produce, they are subjected to gasses, chemicals and colorings to make the foods appear ripened.
