To continue with my observations for my fathers progress on Peripheral Artery Disease, in January 2010 he told me that for the same walking distance he no longer hearts on his thighs - only on his calfs.
I assume this is another sign of improvement
I know treat him with antioxidants - EDTA- and Serrapeptase

I have to note that after taking Serrapeptase for 10 days and had a blood test for prothrombine because he is also on Warfarin, his blood DID NOT BECOME RUNNIER, but in between the thin blood produced with warfarin and normal blood
The doctor had to ask to increase his WARFARIN dosage slightly
I have the feeling this wasnt even necessary

Other observations are that his general appearance looks healthier even though he smokes, and his personallity went back to normal. I believe this is due to better brain oxygenation
His driving is much better as well - there is a huge improvement from the huge deterioration

I will keep you informed - so far I am really excited

regards

To help with skin bleeds treat with at least of 1 gram of vitamin C, will make arteries more elastic
This skin bleed is very common to Warfarin users
Doctor here said there was no danger though, when I pointed to him about this same problem as your father has, and asked if it is better to reduce the dosage he said there was no problem, My fathers hands are looking bruized from the blood under the broken skin, same as your dads I suppose.
When you give vitamin C, it better be slow release pill, to last for more hours through out the day

John,
Your English is fine, thank you for sharing your experiences. It looks like you are taking a safe approach to treating your father's condition naturally. One must be very observant of any and all changes as any treatment can create certain problems. Natural is safer drugs and surgery but still must be watched closely (like the calcium depletion while using EDTA).

I wasn't aware of a blood thinning quality for nattokinase or serrapeptase, I will have to research that further. My father and my wife's father are both on warfarin and both have "bleeds" under their skin. This seems far more powerful and dangerous than any natural blood thinners out there.

You have many good approaches to reversing atherosclerosis. Keep up the good work and keep us updated on your father's progress.

I have introduced my father in Serrapeptase, 2 weeks ago, but only once per week, taken orally in the morning without food, along with Nattikinase, and cut his Warfarin dosage in the middle
He also gets 2 EDTA poweder pills per week.
Once a month he gets a liquid EDTA application, which is supposed to be more effective than poweder EDTA.
One has to be cautious with EDTA, because if it removes too much Calcium from your blood you can have big problem
When Itried them on my self I found out that, when taken at too close intervals for my own limits, it lowered my heart pulses per minute from 68 to 62, something never achieved normally, and I felt like getting a heart attack. That is why you have to take minerals, Calcium including the next day or at night if EDTA was taken in the morning
My fathers arteries are obviously more calcified than mine and he exchibited a better tolerance to it. So when you start taking it you have to establish your own tolerance
However if you do it in Hospital, they monitor your blood condition and it is safer
I want to start slowly with Serrapeptase and examine his blood tests because every medic I talked to opposed to its use in conjuction with blood thinners
I understand that when something is not known to traditional medical practice it creates fear
However I want to try it and together with the help of the blood tests I will increase the dosage of Serrapeptase and Nattokinase (blood thiner substitute),provided everything seems ok
I had people laughing at me especially doctors
but I have test results to prove that it worked
I hope Serrapeptase can help opening the 100% blocked arteries, but surely it will take time to establish if it works or not, I estimate another 2 years

Whatever tests I get I will keep you posted
Whoever wants me to send him my fathers test results my mail is j.kailas@archirodon.net
You are welcome to share with me your experience
I am not a doctor, I am a Mechanical Engineer, I just wanted to help when traditional medical treatment was offering no options.
My father had one stent in one leg, the other leg artery was so much blocked they could not pass the stent for fear of artery rupture
So the option according to current medical practice was to provide blood thinners, to take you as far as it goes. Eventually his leg would be totally blocked and would develop severe pain and gangrene, and obviously would have to be amputated
If I dont use the language correctly, excuse me, I come from Greece, Greek is my mother tongue.
Obviously I had to find a mechanism, that either stops the progress of atherosclerosis, or reverts the problem or both.
Antioxidants do stop the progress.
I used Green Tea and pomegrannete caps, grape seed extract, vitamins C and E, and natural squeezed juices. You can also help your self if you eat food that makes your body juices more alcalic.
Check alcalic and Acidic food tables
Basically whatever you eat (in your dish) 30% has to be acidic and 70% alcalic. By doing this you stop atherosclerosis, arthritis, and you loose all excessive fat, which is bad for your arteries and your joints
It is easy to find in the web tables showing Acidic and Alcalizing food
At the same time quit smoking, all the above will work much faster if you do
I hope I have contributed a bit towards helping a fellow human being or sufferer through practical advice, which cost very little to apply and they will get you back your health

Regards

John,
Congratulations. It appears you are having some success with your father's atherosclerosis. I think serrapeptase is definitely worth trying. I had amazing pain relief (90%) in my elbow in less than 24 hours taking serrapeptase for fibrin related joint pain (worked fast). EDTA is excellent for heavy metals (smoking) and mineral (calcium) buildup. Antioxidants will help against further cholesterol oxidation (from smoking) and fibrin response to the oxidative stress on the arterial walls. Keep us posted on future checkups as to whether serrapeptase helps in this instance. Best wishes.

I have used EDTA chellation therapy for my father who suffers from PAD, and blocked carotids
His carotids in May 2007 were 50 - 60% blocked
Now his carotids are only 30-35% blocked
He had 3 differet hospital checkups and every time the atherosclerosis of the carotids appears less
His legs have not improved but not worsened either
Reason is he continous smoking and some of the arteries of his legs were 100% blocked. So EDTA could not pass to soften it
I also administered him metals the next day after treatment through a multivitamins sold in pharmacy
I also administerd him antioxidants to stabilize him
It worked
I now started on Serrapepatase to see if his leg arteries will open at all
If any one is a medic I can send the results, it is in Greek, but you can have it translated
EDTA works, I dont want to say which brand I used, because, I comment to help people not to advertize

I am not a doctor - the reason for a bypass surgery is to provide clean and open arteries for your heart. The surgery itself does nothing to treat the cause of the arterial blockages and are likely to become blocked again unless you change what is causing it. Quite often it is inflammation caused by "fake fats", you know the so called "healthy, low fat" alternatives to butter, mayonaise... Stay away from margarine, Miracle Whip, vegetable oils except for coconut oil and olive oil.

Stress, smoking and toxins also contribute to inflammation. Nattokinase, serrapeptase and chelation therapy are arterial cleaning agents. Antioxidants help to prevent the damage to the arteries and veins from free radicals which cause the cholesterol to attach to the artery walls. These products should be beneficial to your condition.
